In this role, you’ll join the Finance team as the AI & Innovation Lead, G&A, reporting to the CFO. You’ll sit in Finance with a dotted line to our Director of Systems Engineering. This role sits at the intersection of G&A operations, data, workflow automation, and AI. You bring the domain depth: you know how G&A teams actually work, where their processes and systems break, and which manual work eats their week. You’ll start with Finance, then quickly extend into People and the rest of G&A. You’ll prototype the fix yourself, vibe-coding agents, apps, and workflows on Sanity’s own platform and AI tools.
