Your Daily Work
- Build innovative AI solutions
You use analytical thinking and creativity to develop the next generation of data science solutions and drive the use of Generative AI and Agentic AI forward. - Create value from data
In an interdisciplinary team, you identify potential for improvement and develop targeted analyses so that data creates real value. - Make a real impact
You work with leading global companies and institutions and bring data-driven use cases into practice, from the first idea to scale. - Deliver with a client focus
You work closely with decision-makers and ensure that AI solutions are successfully implemented and scaled in real-world environments.
Who You Are
- Completed Master's or PhD degree in a field such as Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or Economics
- First hands-on data science experience (Machine Learning, Deep Learning or Reinforcement Learning) and solid Python skills with common frameworks (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), plus data aggregation (e.g., SQL, Spark)
- Basic understanding of Generative AI (e.g., Retrieval-Augmented Generation / RAG)
- Analytical mindset, client focus, strong communication skills, reliability and project-related mobility, as well as very good German and English skills, written and spoken
