The Agency Development Manager is primarily responsible for leading the disciplined implementation of agency programs and agency initiatives that drive recruitment, onboarding, activation, productivity, and capability development. The role ensures that strategic priorities are translated into executable plans, milestones are tracked, execution issues are resolved promptly, and delivery standards are consistently met across assigned areas.
