CAE Parc Aviation is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support our Technical Support Services (TSS) business. The role sits within our Operations Support team and partners closely with Project Leaders, Business Development teams, and Operations to deliver highly specialized technical talent across global aviation projects This is a fast-paced, commercially focused recruitment role where you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, engaging, negotiating with, and placing aviation technical contractors who support customer projects across the globe. You will build and maintain talent pipelines, manage contractor relationships, negotiate rates, and ensure the right talent is available to meet both immediate project requirements and long-term business needs. Supporting a large established contractor network and a high volume of project requirements, you will play a critical role in enabling successful project delivery and ensuring clients have access to high-quality technical expertise when and where it is needed.
