Key Responsibilities 1. Governance Adoption • Localize and deploy global/regional governance. • Maintain standards, templates, and playbooks. • Monitor governance adoption and maturity. 2. Capability Development • Develop Product Management, Change Leadership to enterprise wide. • Lead training, coaching, Communities of Practice, certification, and maturity assessments. 3. Enterprise Adoption Strategy • Define adoption roadmap, communication strategy, stakeholder engagement, and executive awareness. • Drive enterprise-wide behavioral adoption. 4. Maturity Management • Define and operate maturity models for Product Manager. 5. Transformation Enablement • Provide governance consulting, facilitation, templates, and best practices to contribute to improve Product Manager capability company wide. 6. Performance Measurement • Track governance adoption, capability maturity, Vision/Journey creation/Epic definition/CDF adoption, training completion, and value realization. 7. Community Leadership • Lead Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile, and Change Champion communities.
