The Hong Kong Corporate Actuarial acts as financial management hub, providing professional advices and services to senior management in the state-of-the-art actuarial areas across IFRS17 valuation reporting and analysis, Hong Kong RBC capital valuation and management, business planning and forecasting, participating business and reinsurance management, as well as statutory financial reporting duties to the regulators. Position Responsibilities: Perform dividend recommendations and conduct regular reviews in alignment with Company’s strategy, policyholders’ reasonable expectations and economic conditions. Prepare proposal materials and documentation, explain the rationale/drivers for proposed dividend adjustments, and consider the comprehensive end-to-end business implications. Lead and support analytical work and enhancements related to Par management initiatives, governance policy regular review, fulfillment ratio disclosure, OSFI DSR reporting, par product review as well as other team priorities.
