The MBPS Actuarial department provides actuarial services to Manulife business areas across Asia and North America, specializing in model validation, experience studies and valuation work . In addition to providing exciting work in the actuarial field, our Actuarial Development Program also offers strong support and incentives for writing Society of Actuaries ( SoA ) exams, as well as the opportunity to rotate periodically into new roles to gain a broader knowledge and experience base. We are currently searching for talented and motivated individuals with prior actuarial experience , to help our team grow . The desired qualifications and anticipated job responsibilities are listed below . Position Responsibilities: S uccessful candidate s will have responsibilities related to one or more of the following: Develop and test actuarial models in GGY Axis or other software. Maintain and run valuation models for monthly/quarterly reserve calculation and financial reporting. Analyze reserve, capital and risk calculations and provide commentary on results to management.
