Accounting Manager Job Summary As a member of the Plant Operating Committee (POC), you will provide financial guidance to the facility and oversee the general accounting function, primarily concerning the accuracy and maintenance of the ledger accounts and the resultant financial statements. Responsible for the direct supervision of the general accounting staff . Responsibilities Support, Foster, Promote and Demonstrate Linamar’s Core Values and Leadership Behaviors. Provide daily, monthly and yearly comparative financial information to management for planning and to foster continuous improvement. Develop and maintain cost and profit estimates for new and existing product lines and generate regular cost reports and trend analysis. Maintain and make recommendations for an adequate information system to measure financial and operational results.
