Description Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with customer decision-makers and key stakeholders within an assigned territory. Support customer retention by maximizing the renewal and continuation of existing revenue streams. Coordinate and book client training events by reviewing course prerequisites, participant qualifications, course availability, and accurately registering training requirements. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Schedule and track recurring training events and follow up to ensure completion. Identify opportunities to promote additional training courses that align with client needs and objectives. Negotiate pricing agreements and make contract-related decisions in accordance with established guidelines. Monitor training events through completion and provide ongoing customer support.
