Job Description What is the opportunity? Are you interested in the opportunity to work as an Intern at RBC? By applying to this job posting, you will be considered for roles available within RBC’s Enterprise Model Risk Management ( EMRM ) team supporting the review, testing, and assessment of models. What will you do? Work as part of an agile team responsible for validating models and assessing their risks Support the challenge of a model’s design, methodology and performance with the model owners and users Analyze, deliver, and implement projects and activities Be an active contributor to not only your individual team, but to other areas of EMRM Seek to improve ways to do a model’s assessment What do you need to succeed? Must-have Currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution Excellent problem solving and proven analytical skills, with a high degree of initiative Strong programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., Python, R, etc.) Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work collaboratively to achieve team goals Nice-to-have Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry (Banking, Insurance) Knowledge and unders
