Job Description What is Opportunity Are you interested in the opportunity to work as a Strategic Execution Practice Management Winter Intern at RBC? In this role, you’ll provide portfolio management and enablement support to the team. You’ll build tools and templates, assist in standardizing project documentation and reporting, support process development and also assist with other team enablement initiatives. This role presents opportunities to connect across the entire Strategic Execution team, including senior leadership. Strong communication and organizational skills, business acumen, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, will make you a valuable asset in this role. As part of the Process Risk Centre of Excellence and Strategic Execution group under the RBC Enterprise Chief Controls Office, the Strategic Execution team has a mandate to develop and implement a proactive, standardized, scalable program and project management discipline that drives consistency in delivery of strategic objectives, while ensuring execution of RBC enterprise and cross-functional business programs and projects.
